Warmed Roast Beef Sandwich

with Horseradish Cheddar and Smoked Onion Jam

Ingredients

  • 7 oz New Bridge Horseradish Cheddar, thinly sliced

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced

  • 8 oz smoked onion jam

  • 8 oz unsalted butter

  • 4 oz creole mustard

  • 4 brioche buns

Directions

  1. Toast each brioche bun with butter on a griddle or in a skillet until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Spread 1 oz of creole mustard on the bottom bun.

  3. Add 4 oz of roast beef in a waved pattern and top with smoked onion jam.

  4. Place New Bridge Horseradish Cheddar slices on the top bun.

  5. Broil both halves in the oven until the cheese is fully melted and the smoked onion jam is warm.

  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the top bun over the bottom half. Serve immediately and enjoy!
