PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups New Bridge NY Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks), at room temperature

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix

  • Nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed

  • 1 bell pepper stem

Directions

  1. Let cream cheese and cheddar come to room temperature. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment (or use a hand mixer), combine New Bridge NY Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Use 3-4 thick rubber bands around the plastic wrap to shape it like a pumpkin. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Remove the rubber bands and plastic wrap. Gently press crushed tortilla chips onto the cheese ball. Top with the bell pepper stem for the finishing touch.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
