pimento grilled cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup New Bridge Pimento Cheese

  • 7 oz New Bridge Mild Cheddar, sliced

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1 tbsp butter, softened

Directions

  1. Spread the pimento cheese on one slice of bread.

  2. Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the pimento cheese.

  3. Top with the second slice of bread.

  4. Butter the outside of both slices of bread.

  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and melted.

  6. Slice and serve hot.
