Fried MuEnster
Directions
In a bowl, mix the AP flour, white pepper, kosher salt, smoked paprika – Set aside
In another bowl, add the whisked eggs – Set aside
Cut the muenster into 2 oz blocks
Set up a breading line – Flour mix then egg bath the Panko breading
Freeze each piece of the muenster – Set in the freezer for 2 hours to set fully
Simmer tomato sauce and keep warm
Fry the muenster cheese squares to a golden brown until the cheese is soft but not overly melted
Place the tomato sauce on the bottom of the plate – Place 2 muenster cheese squares on top of the sauce
Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese

1 Lb New Bridge Muenster - 2oz slices
4 Whole Eggs - Whisked
1 Cup AP Flour
2 Cups Panko
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Spanish Paprika
1 Jar Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Italian Parsley
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated
